Amanah Raya Investment Management Sdn Bhd (ARIM) has declared a 5.30 sen per unit income distribution for its Amanah Raya Syariah Trust Fund (ARSTF) for the financial year ending August 31 2025.
The total payout amounts to RM71.7 million, benefiting 162 unitholders holding 1.353 billion units as of August 27 2025.
ARSTF, one of ARIM’s flagship products, has been recognised as the “Best Malaysia Syariah Bond Fund” at the Morningstar Awards Malaysia 2025, and received the “Best Bond Fund Award in the Malaysia Islamic Fund category” for both five-year and ten-year performance periods at the LSEG Lipper Fund Awards 2025.
The fund’s income and capital growth are primarily derived from investments in sukuk and Islamic money market instruments, in line with its objective of providing regular income and capital growth over the medium to long term while adhering to Shariah principles.
“Despite the challenging market environment, we are proud to continue delivering consistent and sustainable returns to our investors,” said Mohamad Shafik Badaruddin, CEO of ARIM, adding that active portfolio management and sourcing quality credit papers were key in generating returns.
