IIC Strengthens Corporate Governance Through Strategic Engagements with Public Listed Companies
As part of its strategic commitment to strengthening corporate governance within the capital market, the IIC actively engages with public listed companies through focused and meaningful dialogues. These engagements center on key areas such as strategy oversight, performance evaluation, governance practices, stakeholder relations, and risk management.
Led by the Council Members, these initiatives bring together IIC representatives and the board members, as well as senior management of the respective companies, fostering collaborative discussions to drive corporate excellence.
The inaugural engagement took place in November 2017, marking the beginning of a continuous effort by the IIC to promote robust governance practices. Plans for future engagements are underway as part of the organization’s ongoing mission to enhance governance standards across the market.
