The meeting brought together three parties, IIC, the hotel, and the event manager, for an on-site session. The meeting focused on viewing the ballroom, taking measurements, and reviewing the proposed layout to ensure suitability for the event. This collaborative walkthrough allowed all parties to align on space planning, logistics, and setup requirements in preparation for the dinner.
